Welcome to our apartment in Finale Ligure!

We are delighted to welcome you and thank you for taking care of the accommodation as if it were your own. Here are some simple rules to ensure your stay goes smoothly.

👋 Check-out

Before 10:00 AM

  • Please notify us in advance of your approximate arrival time.
  • Check-in and check-out times must be respected to allow cleaning between stays.

🏡 During your stay

🚭 Non-smoking apartment

You can smoke outside the apartment on the terrace or in the patio at the back of the apartment provided you do not place cigarettes on the marble edges of the terrace.

  • Pets are not allowed (except with prior agreement).
  • Please respect the peace of the neighborhood, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Please do not move furniture or decorative elements.
  • In case of breakage or damage, please report it quickly.
  • Dishes and equipment used must be returned clean.
  • Air conditioning or heating use must be reasonable — remember to turn it off when leaving the accommodation.

🚴 Bikes

⚠️ Important

Please do not bring bikes upstairs.

  • You can store them at the bottom of the private staircase to the apartment.
  • A secure attachment system is available.
  • If you wish, you can cover them with a protective tarp.

♻️ Bins and recycling

  • Please sort your waste according to local guidelines.
  • Bins are available 30m away when you exit to the right.

🏖️ The beach

  • Please rinse off sand before entering the apartment.
  • Bath towels provided should not be used at the beach.

🔒 Security

  • Close doors and windows when you leave the accommodation.
  • Do not leave any valuables visible.
  • In case of technical problem or breakdown, contact us immediately.
