Welcome to our apartment in Auron!

We are delighted to welcome you and thank you for taking care of the accommodation as if it were your own. Here are some simple rules to ensure your stay goes smoothly.

  • Please notify us in advance of your approximate arrival time.
  • Check-in and check-out times must be respected to allow cleaning between stays.

🏡 During your stay

🚭 Non-smoking apartment

You can smoke outside the apartment on the terrace provided you do not place cigarettes on the edges.

  • Pets may be accepted upon prior request.
  • Please respect the peace of the neighborhood, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Please do not move furniture or decorative elements.
  • In case of breakage or damage, please report it quickly.
  • Dishes and equipment used must be returned clean.
  • Heating use must be reasonable — remember to turn it off when leaving the accommodation.

🚴⛷️ Bikes and sports equipment

⚠️ Important

Please do not bring bikes or ski equipment into the apartment.

  • You can use the private ski locker and bike storage available.
  • A secure storage system is at your disposal.
  • Remember to clean your equipment before storing it.

♻️ Bins and recycling

  • Please sort your waste according to local guidelines.
  • Bins are available in the designated area.

⛷️ Winter sports

  • Please remove your ski boots and snowy equipment before entering the apartment.
  • Use the ski locker to store your equipment.

🔒 Security

  • Close doors and windows when you leave the accommodation.
  • Do not leave any valuables visible.
  • In case of technical problem or breakdown, contact us immediately.
  • A fire extinguisher is available in the apartment.
